How do you make it easier for people in Roscoe Village to exercise consistently, why is that important?


We know life tends to produce similar obstacles for all of us in our pursuit of health and fitness.  

- Many of us have demanding schedules and struggle to find time

- Some of us have the time and desire but honestly are a bit intimidated

- Others want to workout but have little desire to go to a traditional gym or group class.  

At Victory Training we understand 2 key points 

  1. No matter what exercise program you choose to follow, the improvement only happens when you are consistent. The real magic is found in the consistency and persistence through rough patches.
  2.  It’s unfortunate to say, but the truth is, gyms can sometimes make pursuing health and fitness hard and less frequent  rather than convenient and more consistent. 

 Many gyms prioritize giving you that initial “wow!”  more than they prioritize serving you. Victory Training wants to help Roscoe Village continue to be a healthy and strong community. We are trying to do our part by providing our neighborhood with a gym space that promotes what we believe to be the common denominator to all success in health and fitness….Consistency!


We promote consistency by focusing on 3 C’s 

Convenience- Victory Training is conveniently located in the heart of Roscoe Village at 2212 W Roscoe Street. We're just a quick 5-10 minute commute from your front step. We offer a variety of ways to use our facility and provide appointments throughout the day. You can workout on your own, follow the workout of the day, or have a coach. Convenience always breeds consistency

ControlVictory Training provides a controlled environment by using an appointment only system to come to the gym. Appointments control the crowd and allow you to know what equipment is going to be available upon arrival. When you go to other gyms you have no idea what is going to be available for use or how busy it's going to be. You may find yourself wasting time sitting and waiting for someone to stop staring at themselves in the mirror or stop texting while kind of/not really using the equipment you desire.  The likelihood of walking in to a frustrating situation often leads to "taking a pass" on going to the gym for the day. At Victory Training, you know you are walking into a gym that has the crowd under control and you will know what equipment you will have access to. A controlled setting will increase your likelihood of showing up to the gym.  

Coaching- We provide top of the line coaching so you can have guidance and accountability to come in and get a great workout on a consistent basis. 

 What is Victory Training?
Victory Training helps busy people in Roscoe Village exercise consistently by providing reserved space and equipment through appointment scheduling. We are a personal training studio that also offers an independent membership if you want to just workout on your own. We’re not a health club, bootcamp or any other one-size-fits-all workout solution. Unlike any other gym you've ever been to, we actually are NOT looking to sell more memberships than we have space. Our goal is to understand what times and days work best for you then keep that exact time slot booked specifically for you! The only bummer is spots are limited. 
Our personal trainers personally design and supervise each and every training session to ensure that all of our personal training clients get optimal results while training an average of less than 3 hours per week. If you are not a personal training client we still make sure that our Independent members have an optimum workout experience by providing reserved space and equipment for you to use throughout your 55 minute workout time.

How can you offer Personal Training for a fraction of what I would expect to invest?
Sign up for our semi private personal training program!  We’ve developed a proprietary technology that allows us to have no more than 2-3 clients training in their own reserved space alongside a trainer who is supervising all of their individual workouts simultaneously. This allows us to get you the results you want in a personal training setting for a fraction of the normal fee. Having controlled space, equipment, and scheduling allows for our trainers to adequately provide a personal training experience for everybody in the session.  If you still prefer one on one training we totally get it and recommend trying a  one on one session with us.

This allows us to perform hundreds of exercise variations at each station and develop programs that accommodate any client’s needs to reach their unique fitness goals.

Is Victory Training for men or women?
Both. Victory is for anyone who wants to achieve their fitness and performance goals. Whether your fitness objective is to lose weight, build muscle and strength, improve athletic performance, or sculpt and tone your body, we create a training environment that is uniquely yours and provide additional coaching to help you every step of the way to achieve the results you want.

How much time does a Victory Training Session take?
With Victory, you’ll complete your personalized warm-up, strength training and metabolic conditioning in 60 minutes or less. Our programs are uniquely designed to optimize your training sessions so that you get the maximum results in the shortest time possible.

I’m new to working out. Can Victory help me?
Yes! Victory training programs are 100% personalized and supervised so no matter what type of workout experience you have, we’ll be able to meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be.
